Terms of Service

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate registration information and notify us promptly of unauthorized use.

The Services

Omida provides an AI simulation platform that enables users to model worlds, run branching scenarios, and generate analytical outputs including forecasts and confidence intervals. Features may change over time. Beta or preview features are provided as-is and may be modified or discontinued.

Your content and simulations

You retain ownership of inputs, world models, and other content you submit ("Customer Content"). You grant Omida a limited license to host, process, and display Customer Content solely to provide and improve the Services, support your account, and comply with law.

You represent that you have all rights necessary to submit Customer Content and that your use does not violate applicable law or third-party rights.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services. Prohibited conduct includes unlawful activity, attempts to bypass security, interference with platform operation, and uses described in our Acceptable Use Policy.

Simulation outputs and disclaimers

Simulation results, forecasts, and recommendations are probabilistic and depend on the models, assumptions, and data you provide. Outputs are for informational and decision-support purposes only. Omida does not guarantee outcomes, accuracy in all contexts, or suitability for any particular decision. You are solely responsible for how you use simulation results.

Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing shown at purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated. We may change pricing with notice for subsequent billing periods. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination.

Intellectual property

Omida and its licensors own the Services, software, branding, and documentation, excluding Customer Content. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

Confidentiality and privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. Enterprise customers may execute separate agreements governing data handling and confidentiality.

Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or risk to the platform or other users. Upon termination, your right to access the Services ends, subject to data export windows where applicable.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OMIDA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OMIDA WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING FROM THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO OMIDA IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID FEES.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, excluding conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections apply in your jurisdiction.
