Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") supplements the Terms of Serviceand applies to all use of Omida's simulation platform, APIs, and related Services.

Permitted use

Omida is intended for lawful modeling, simulation, analysis, and decision-support across business, research, and policy contexts. You may build world models, run scenarios, share outputs within your organization, and integrate via approved APIs according to your plan.

Prohibited use

You may not use the Services to:

  • Violate applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
  • Generate or disseminate malware, spam, or fraudulent content
  • Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data
  • Probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without written authorization
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform
  • Circumvent usage limits, billing controls, or access restrictions
  • Reverse engineer or copy the Services except where permitted by law
  • Use outputs to misrepresent simulated results as guaranteed facts or audited financial advice

Sensitive and high-risk simulations

You are responsible for ensuring your simulations comply with laws governing your industry and jurisdiction. Do not use Omida for activities that endanger individuals, enable violence, or violate export control or sanctions requirements. We may restrict simulations that pose elevated legal, safety, or reputational risk.

Content standards

Customer Content must not include unlawful material, content that exploits minors, or data you are not authorized to process. You must respect confidentiality obligations when uploading third-party or proprietary information into world models.

API and automation

Automated access must stay within documented rate limits and authentication requirements. Do not use the API to resell raw platform access without a separate agreement with Omida.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations, remove content, suspend accounts, or terminate access. Serious or repeated violations may be reported to authorities where appropriate.
